Maintenance Warehouse Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for a production and warehouse team.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and mentor team members to improve productivity and quality.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials in support of production plans.
• Monitor quality control and safety compliance, conduct safety training and audits, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control to reduce waste and optimize stock.
• Report productivity, quality, efficiency, production status, and operational challenges to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software and systems.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and obtain and maintain 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification.
