Consultant, SailPoint ISC (Identity Governance)

Location: Reading, UK. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role requiring 2–3 days in the office.

What you will do

• Lead Identity Governance presales, consulting, solution design, and implementation engagements.
• Run client workshops for scoping, requirements gathering, process design, and technical solutioning.
• Present solution proposals, implementation roadmaps, and progress updates to clients and executives.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage and develop the Identity Governance practice team while mentoring consultants and architects.
• Support business development, cross-sell opportunities, and adoption of Identity Governance solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including consulting and solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, Saviynt, or Oracle Identity Governance.
• Strong knowledge of access reviews, role-based access control, entitlement management, joiner-mover-leaver processes, and compliance reporting.
• Experience leading professional services engagements across multiple industries.
• Understanding of consulting financial metrics, including utilization, profitability, revenue recognition, and backlog.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Reading, UK, with 2–3 office days per week.
