Identity & Access Management Team Lead

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop colleagues across the IAM and Access Control teams.
• Set priorities and shape the strategic direction of identity services.
• Oversee access governance across JML, RBAC, PAM, recertification, and service accounts.
• Coordinate IAM controls, attestations, audit evidence, and remediation activity.
• Improve identity policies, standards, processes, and service performance.
• Partner with business leaders, application owners, technology teams, and service providers on integrations, automation, and identity-related change.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience in Identity & Access Management or information security.
• Experience leading, coaching, and building capability within a technical or service team.
• Broad understanding of identity across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience managing controls, audits, evidence, and remediation, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Analytical approach, sound judgement, curiosity, and a focus on improving services.
