Managing Consultant - FS - Digital Trust and Cyber Security

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on client site, and up to 5 days per week on client site depending on the assignment.

Compensation includes an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Shape and lead the Digital Trust & Cyber Security practice strategy for financial services clients.
• Advise financial institutions on cyber security, operational resilience, data privacy, regulatory compliance, payment systems, fraud detection, and digital banking security.
• Lead large-scale client engagements from origination through execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Use executive-level relationships with CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, CROs, and board members to develop new business and long-term client partnerships.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and contribute to industry forums, white papers, and public discussions.
• Build, lead, mentor, and recruit a high-performing team of cyber security, risk, and digital trust specialists.

Requirements

• Extensive cyber security experience, including leadership experience, ideally in consulting or a consulting-style role.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cyber security projects and engagements.
• Deep understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align cyber security strategies with organizational goals.
• Excellent client management, communication, presentation, leadership, and team management skills.
• Deep financial services expertise and an established C-suite network.
