Multi-Skilled Manufacturing Operator

What you will do

• Operate automated welding equipment and other manufacturing machines.
• Rotate between machines and production processes according to business needs.
• Operate forklifts and handle production materials.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet CADDY quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehousing, or related industrial experience preferred.
• Experience with machine operation and manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and use measuring tools, including tape measures and calipers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials, stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, and work safely around moving machinery.
