What you will do

• Perform daily reviews and execute controls before investor services deliverables are sent.
• Review trade confirmations, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, contact updates, cash release emails, wire instruction updates, and AML/KYC activity.
• Coordinate with investor services representatives to ensure seamless handoffs for review.
• Identify and resolve breaks and discrepancies with the investor services team.
• Prioritize conflicting needs, manage deadline pressures, and follow projects through to completion.

Requirements

• College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience, including Excel and Word.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, adapt to changing review scopes, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
