What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support for the Investment Account Opening operations team and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Develop and deliver technical training for Investment Client Onboarding, Service Development, and User Support teams.
• Resolve complex plan requests, issues, complaints, and errors by analyzing discrepancies and initiating corrective action.
• Mentor less experienced staff and provide performance feedback to management.
• Design and execute quality assurance plans for subscriber-facing outputs.
• Implement process, system, workflow, and cross-functional improvements while supporting escalations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience.
• At least two years of professional experience, preferably in investment account opening, operations, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of FPS processes and standards, combined with general planning knowledge.
• Leadership, mentoring, coaching, training, organization, prioritization, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements, introducing processes, and supporting system enhancements.
• Series 7 required; Series 7 and SIE certifications are listed under FINRA requirements. Fingerprinting is required.
