Consulting Manager – Innosight Healthcare Provider Strategy & Innovation

Location: Remote within the contiguous 48 states, near a major airport; weekly travel may be required. New York office: 1166 Ave of the Americas.

Base salary: $190,000–$220,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $237,500–$275,000.

What you will do

• Lead consulting teams addressing strategic challenges for hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers.
• Structure problems, develop hypotheses, and lead qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
• Create detailed project work plans and adapt team direction to changing client needs.
• Develop end-to-end client deliverables with clear storylines and present key insights in client meetings.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and collaborate with Partners, Principals, and internal senior leadership.
• Support business development and mentor the professional development of junior employees.

Requirements

• Extensive external management consulting experience at a top consulting firm, focused on healthcare provider organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise-level strategy engagements involving strategic planning, growth, transformation, market entry, service lines, M&A, partnerships, or margin and cost optimization.
• Deep experience with healthcare providers, including hospital systems, academic medical centers, ambulatory surgery centers, integrated delivery networks, and physician groups.
• Strong strategic, problem-solving, quantitative, business analysis, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing complex projects, producing high-quality deliverables, and leading and developing junior employees.
• Willingness to travel weekly as needed and live in the contiguous 48 states near a major airport.
