Warehouse Material Transfer Specialist

Location: Onsite in Piscataway, New Jersey, United States. Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

Salary: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Transfer materials, products, and other items between warehouse and facility locations according to established SOPs.
• Complete accurate handoffs, obtain delivery confirmations and signatures, and update transfer records in the required systems.
• Load and unload goods safely to prevent damage.
• Pick, pack, sort, and stage shipments while supporting general warehouse operations.
• Verify items against documentation and follow safety, transportation, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven safe driving skills, strong attention to detail, and safety awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with a team.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery-related roles.
• Basic familiarity with warehouse processes.
• Bilingual Chinese and English language skills.
