Senior Material Handler (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Clinton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $18.10–$28.00 per hour

What you will do

• Execute raw material, work-in-progress, and finished-goods movements and system transactions.
• Perform receiving, shipping, tracking, RMA processing, resin receipt into silos, and trailer loading and unloading.
• Guide, train, and mentor Material Handlers while supporting team objectives and resolving operational issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy investigations, and material adjustments.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dock equipment, and powered industrial trucks; complete inspections and maintenance checklists.
• Manage hazardous-material storage and biohazardous and hazardous waste removal in compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Expertise in material handling, warehousing, shipping, traffic, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA regulations, Quality Systems, ISO, GMP, and environmental requirements.
• Forklift certification or license, valid driver’s license, computer literacy, and familiarity with ERP systems, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds and work around mechanical parts, vibration, noise, hazardous chemicals, and other materials.

Nice to have

• Experience in an FDA-regulated industry.
• Training in ISO 14001, hazardous-material handling, emergency response, inventory control, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
