HSE Regional Manager - Micon Group, Inc.

Location: Seattle, WA, United States; regular travel is required, including travel with minimal lead time in response to HSE needs.

Expected salary range: $145,000–$218,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Provide personal leadership and set an example of following safe work practices and procedures.
• Standardize HSE work processes throughout the region.
• Coordinate team members to ensure company and customer HSE requirements are met.
• Support safety, health, environmental responsibility, and wellbeing across infrastructure and transportation construction projects.
• Help facilitate a positive safety culture within a union environment.
• Travel with minimal lead time to respond to regional HSE needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a safety role or related industry.
• Subject matter expertise in HSE.
• OSHA 500 certification.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, self-motivation, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with public speaking, travel, and using technology for HSE responsibilities.

Nice to have

• CUSP or CHST certification, or other safety certifications.
