Account Executive - St. Louis HOKA Specialty (Athletic Footwear)

Location: Remote in St. Louis, Missouri, United States

Salary: $66,100–$89,300 per year

What you will do

• Cultivate trusted relationships with independent retailers across the assigned specialty territory.
• Maintain timely communication with accounts and conduct in-market store visits, staff training, and event support.
• Lead biweekly, monthly, and quarterly business and partnership reviews.
• Build seasonal strategies covering financial forecasting, product forecasting, consumer-focused assortment planning, and account-level marketplace execution.
• Manage the order book, including preseason and at-once order entry, modifications, and holds.
• Coordinate cross-functionally on supply chain execution and partner support activations from order entry through delivery.

Requirements

• Experience using wholesale and retail data, consumer insights, and marketplace insights to inform strategy and execution.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environment.
• Proficiency in retail mathematics and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to foster trust, safety, diversity, and inclusion in business relationships.
