Sr. Manager, Maintenance

Location: Wilson, NC, United States; on-site site-based role

Salary: $119,149–$166,645 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus plan with a 14% target of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead maintenance operations across four shifts in a 24/7 site environment.
• Optimize equipment and systems operation through standardized work methods, performance measurement, training, and continuous improvement.
• Review and improve preventive maintenance programs to support continuous operation.
• Oversee troubleshooting, downtime reduction, equipment projects, and vendor relationships.
• Lead, mentor, recruit, and train maintenance staff, including cross-training programs.
• Develop maintenance plans, budgets, capital plans, contracts, RFPs, purchase orders, and invoices while communicating recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience leading and managing site-based maintenance personnel in a fast-paced operating environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot systems and equipment and improve reliability.
• Experience with maintenance planning, budgets, capital projects, vendor support, and contract documentation.
• Ability to implement training programs and ensure safe work practices.
• Knowledge of applicable ISO requirements and Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems.
