TL;DR
Sr Staff Production PM (Semiconductor): Developing integrated demand and capacity models and leading initiatives to resolve semiconductor supply chain constraints with an accent on capacity planning, constraint engineering, and cross-functional program management. Focus on identifying systemic bottlenecks, conducting data-driven root cause analysis, and connecting capacity, cost, DFM, qualification, and supplier readiness roadmaps.
Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite, with no remote work available

What you will do
- Develop component-level demand and capacity models across product lines, technology nodes, manufacturing flows, and planning horizons.
- Build base, upside, downside, and surge scenarios to support executive capacity decisions.
- Maintain capacity profiles for internal and external front-end, back-end, test, and supplier sites.
- Identify structural constraints and hidden systemic bottlenecks before NPI starts or production ramps.
- Lead data-driven root cause analysis using operational, engineering, supplier, yield, and cycle-time data.
- Program-manage constraint resolution from detection through mitigation, closure, and recurrence prevention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain planning, or operations strategy.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication and supply chains, with program management leadership experience.
- Experience identifying systemic bottlenecks, performing data-driven root cause analysis, and leading cross-functional solutions.
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills using Excel, VCO, AI Optimization, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- MBA or master’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration experience across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and OSAT partners.
- Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods.
- Knowledge of industry cycles and long-lead semiconductor equipment planning.
