Lead Program Manager, KYB

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What you will do

• Own and manage the KYB program across multiple APAC markets, ensuring operational and regulatory requirements are met.
• Standardize KYB processes across markets to create a lean, scalable operating model.
• Monitor program performance and optimize the end-to-end KYB process.
• Align KYB with vendor onboarding to improve conversion and reduce delays.
• Lead strategic initiatives, including new-market rollouts, regulatory changes, and remediation of compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, product, COE, and BPO operations teams across regions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in KYB/KYC, compliance operations, or vendor onboarding.
• Experience managing cross-market or multi-regional programs in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations, KYC processes, and vendor risk management frameworks.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and delivering cross-functional business outcomes.
• Strong project management, prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
