Lead Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

What you will do

• Lead strategic plans and complex cross-functional programs to drive organizational change.
• Design and deploy AI-tools and agents using LLMs to automate high-impact program execution toil.
• Develop scalable internal tooling using API and architecture design best practices.
• Manage project schedules and plan requirements in collaboration with cross-functional leadership.
• Apply version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for production-ready tool deployment.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical program management.
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts including system architecture and clean code.
• Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Must be based onsite in the Petaling Jaya office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with n8n and Cursor for workflow automation.
