Warehouse Property Manager

Location: Brunswick, Georgia, United States; on-site at the FLETC campus

What you will do

• Receive, process, track, issue, and collect shipments and government-issued equipment, including training kits.
• Maintain inventory records with serial number tracking for controlled items using government inventory systems.
• Prepare SF-120s and other property documentation, reports, and activity records.
• Reconcile inventory, monitor required processing deadlines, and coordinate accountability with USMS offices.
• Provide facility, equipment, and logistical support, including office and equipment moves.
• Support safety and security compliance in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply technician work, logistics, warehouse management, or property management.
• Experience tracking inventory and maintaining accountability of equipment; serial number tracking is preferred.
• Experience preparing inventory or property documentation, such as SF-120s or similar forms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• High school diploma or GED, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to remain on your feet, move around the campus, and lift or move approximately 25–30 lbs.

Nice to have

• Military, law enforcement, public safety, federal, or other government operational experience.
• Experience managing government or controlled equipment and using government property, supply, logistics, or inventory systems.
