Digital Consulting Manager (Oracle Cloud Core Financials)

Location: Chicago, United States; travel up to 50% as needed

Base salary: $145,000–$170,000 annually. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive compensation: $166,750–$212,500.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into future-state designs.
• Execute or oversee configuration, testing, training, and end-user support.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams on seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.
• Manage client relationships, lead project teams, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Oracle Financials experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Hands-on experience designing solutions across multiple finance processes and modules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP integrations, reporting, and data migration.
• Ability to manage complex global designs involving multi-GAAP, multi-COA, and multi-currency environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and contribute to multiple projects of different scales and durations.
