Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; primarily works in an office environment. Occasional travel required.

What you will do

• Compile and analyze financial information, including revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, support month-end closing, and ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, perform internal account reconciliations, and provide financial information to stakeholders.
• Develop product cost models, performance measurement tools, and analyses to support management decision-making.
• Complete supplier audits, maintain internal controls, and support compliance with corporate policies and GAAP.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and information flow; support staffing, training, and performance management where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of finance, financial methods, tools, and strategies.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping processes and preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, communicate insights, and drive recommendations to completion.
