What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise identity and access management architectures.
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions, including MFA, SSO, RBAC, identity provisioning, lifecycle management, and privileged access controls.
• Translate business goals into scalable IAM requirements across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Evaluate IAM technologies, recommend platform improvements, and maintain the technology roadmap.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical guidance, policies, standards, operational procedures, and executive briefings.
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, technology, business, and engineering teams while mentoring architects and senior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity and Identity and Access Management experience, including 3+ years building IAM programs.
• Experience designing, delivering, and operating enterprise-scale IAM solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration, cloud identity security, Zero Trust, identity governance, and privileged access management.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and modern IAM architectures, plus hands-on experience with at least two major IAM technologies such as Entra ID, Microsoft AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, or Ping Identity.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with experience leading vendors, technical teams, and cross-functional workstreams.

Nice to have

• GSEC, CIAM, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments and implementing Zero Trust security frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and API security.
