Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM)

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise Identity and Access Management strategy, roadmap, priorities, and investment plans.
• Lead the design, implementation, operation, and modernization of IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, and directory services.
• Establish provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, role management, segregation of duties, and privileged access processes.
• Ensure identity controls operate consistently across cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Support identity-related threat investigations, incident response, monitoring, and detection improvements.
• Lead and develop a team of IAM engineers, analysts, and administrators while partnering with security, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, HR, risk, compliance, and audit teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in information security, IAM, directory services, or identity governance, including 3+ years managing IAM teams, programs, or enterprise security initiatives.
• Experience implementing and operating AWS IAM, GCP IAM, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP, Active Directory, federation, and MFA.
• Experience with cloud-first and SaaS environments, Zero Trust, privileged access management, identity governance, and least privilege.
• Ability to work from the hybrid Atlanta office and support regulatory compliance and audit requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking technology, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience with Identity Threat Detection and Response, customer IAM, passwordless authentication, and large-scale Azure, AWS, and GCP adoption.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator, AWS, GCP, or equivalent certifications.
