Associate Video Coordinator

Location: Secaucus, USA. Work option: In office. This position is within a unionized bargaining unit, and union membership is required. The hirify.global's New York and New Jersey offices require full COVID-19 vaccination for onsite employees, subject to eligible accommodations.

What you will do

• Perform quality control of video assets distributed worldwide and ingested into the archive.
• Acquire, ingest, load, archive, and export video content through the Digital Media Management system and editing workflows.
• Create and distribute video-on-demand content for the hirify.global App and support the hirify.global Content Network.
• Deliver content to international and domestic partners and clients.
• Troubleshoot video distribution issues across multiple platforms.
• Review and update metadata, taxonomy fields, and themes across video content.

Requirements

• Knowledge of file-sharing and transfer tools such as Aspera Client, Signiant Media Shuttle, or FTP.
• Familiarity with metadata fields, taxonomy structures, and transcoding files into multiple editing formats.
• Experience with transcoding software; Telestream Vantage is preferred.
• Video editing experience and experience uploading and transferring files to clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in group settings.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous experience in the sports industry.
• Strong knowledge of basketball.
