Video Coordinator

Location: hirify.global, with operations across the New York area and Florida

Salary: $61,288.35–$105,722.27 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day workflows for video projects, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, production, and post-production.
• Support producers, editors, and communications teams in delivering visual storytelling aligned with organizational objectives.
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, status updates, templates, and production documentation.
• Coordinate production inventory, studio resources, vendors, and freelance resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase production efficiency, scalability, quality, and turnaround times.
• Analyze production challenges and develop solutions that meet project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, coordination, video production, marketing, or related support roles.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, video production, marketing, or related support roles.
• Familiarity with video production and video editing.
