Print Production Manager (Packaging)

Location: Hybrid work arrangement with onsite work at the client's office in Jakarta, Indonesia; the position is based onsite at the client's office in Banten, Indonesia.

What you will do

• Assess new designs and coordinate with clients, printers, and tooling suppliers on artwork changes and separation approaches.
• Provide technical instructions to artwork teams for artwork separation and support their development in reprographics and colour separation.
• Specify tooling requirements and maintain client brand targets and colour standards.
• Maintain printer specifications, qualification records, and PPM technical documentation.
• Perform measured and visual post-print analysis.
• Collaborate across the business to ensure artwork is produced effectively and on time.

Requirements

• Experience in print and packaging.
• Broad knowledge of printing systems across multiple package types.
• Understanding of colour management and proofing systems.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Bahasa Malay capability is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
