Licensed Nursing Assistant II - Intensive Care Unit - Full Time - Days (ICU)

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States; full-time day shift starting at 7:00 AM.

What you will do

• Provide direct and indirect care to adult ICU patients under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, emotional support, safety, infection prevention, and patient privacy.
• Perform routine and emergency phlebotomy and other clinical tasks within the LNA scope of practice.
• Complete telemetry rhythm analysis, post rhythm strips, monitor alarms, and report rhythm or vital-sign changes.
• Support unit secretary functions, including patient charts, order transcription, census updates, communications, and visitor coordination.
• Monitor patients through the telesitter system and provide verbal redirection when needed.

Requirements

• Current Nursing Assistant license in the State of New Hampshire required.
• At least 6 months of experience as an LNA.
• Basic Life Support authorization preferred or required within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
