Licensed Practical Nurse - Assisted Living - Full Time - 3-11 PM Shift

Location: Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey, USA; onsite, full-time, 3–11 PM shift

Hourly pay rate: $33.00

What you will do

• Administer medications to residents in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, care plans, service plans, and clinical documentation as needed.
• Track clinical conditions such as wounds and infection control issues under the director’s guidance.
• Respond to emergencies and notify physicians or family members about changes in residents’ health.
• Provide health-related consultation and educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate closely with departments and staff.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program with general nursing education.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Acceptable English proficiency for job duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work safely under pressure as part of a team.
