Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. Full-time, onsite position with typical hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do
- Escort patients between examination, physician, and treatment rooms.
- Record vital signs, height, weight, allergies, medication changes, and other patient data before visits.
- Prepare and stock examination and treatment rooms, order supplies, and maintain disinfection protocols.
- Assist physicians with examinations and procedures, including delegated subcutaneous and intramuscular injections.
- Obtain patient records, enter orders under provider supervision, and support prescription and referral communications.
- Perform reception and administrative duties, including scheduling support, calls, filing, faxing, and chart preparation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical assistant or nursing assistant experience: 0–3 years for Level 1; at least 3 years for Level 2; or at least 5 years in a hospital or clinic setting for the Senior level.
- Current BCLS certification required within three months of hire; current CPR certification required for Senior-level roles.
- Medical assistant certification is preferred, and specific certifications may be required by state regulations.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, handle and lift patients, and occasionally carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
Nice to have
- Graduation certificate from an accredited medical assistant program.
- Phlebotomy experience.
- Certified Medical Assistant credential.
