Senior Lean Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and manage Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity.
• Identify improvement opportunities through process analysis, Value Stream Mapping, and performance metrics.
• Implement and standardize Lean methodologies across manufacturing and corporate areas.
• Track project implementation, savings, KPIs, and the long-term sustainability of improvements.
• Support cross-functional problem-solving and promote Lean thinking throughout the organization.
• Train and coach employees at different organizational levels on Lean principles and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement within manufacturing or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, 5S, and waste reduction.
• Black Belt certification is required.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable cost savings and productivity improvements.
• English and Spanish bilingual communication skills are required. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are also required.
