Senior Software Engineer I

What you will do

• Implement foundational product features and core functions within software components.
• Write secure, readable, maintainable, and testable code under technical guidance.
• Debug technical issues, report blockers, and collaborate with engineering peers to resolve delivery risks.
• Write unit tests and participate in automated testing aligned with the organization’s testing objectives.
• Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and debugging while validating generated output for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Learn team systems, contribute execution ideas, estimate individual deliverables, and develop domain expertise.

Requirements

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and responsible validation of AI-generated code.
• Understanding of Git, software development workflows, object-oriented programming, and software architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and basic debugging skills, with the ability to seek assistance when needed.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and improve existing technical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for collaborative engineering work.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
