A&R Operations Manager (Music)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; office-based role.

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 USD annual base salary.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for the Sony US Latin A&R organization.
• Coordinate budgets, timelines, deliverables, invoicing, waivers, and overage approvals for projects, campaigns, and events.
• Negotiate and maintain agreements with artists, venues, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Book artist needs, support label copy creation, and coordinate publishing and department meetings.
• Monitor 360/Atmos production workflows and distributed-label performance data.
• Update artist discovery tools and dashboards, prepare operational reports, and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, music management, or a related field.
• At least two years of operations management experience, preferably in the music industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management software.
• Knowledge of music production, distribution, and licensing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively.
