Local Game Production Supervisor (Coordinating Producer)

Location: Secaucus, USA; eligible employees may work remotely one day per week, with regular onsite work required.

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee assigned live hirify.global game broadcasts and related programming from pre-production through live execution and post-production review.
• Translate production strategy and editorial priorities into game plans, rundowns, schedules, staffing plans, and workflows.
• Coordinate storylines, content priorities, talent, graphics, replay, sponsored elements, technical requirements, and distribution deliverables.
• Manage production quality, schedules, budgets, staffing, vendors, and resources across remote and centralized productions.
• Lead pre-production meetings, rehearsals, game-day coordination, post-game reviews, and operational debriefs.
• Mentor producers and production personnel while improving workflows, broadcast quality, and in-game storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, broadcast journalism, television production, media production, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience producing live sports television broadcasts, including coordinating producer, senior producer, or equivalent production leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple live or remote productions, markets, schedules, budgets, staffing, and production resources.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global teams, players, league operations, historical context, current storylines, and live sports production workflows.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, local or regional broadcast partners, vendors, and cross-functional technical and content stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, editorial judgment, communication, prioritization, and financial and operational management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with REMI, centralized production, IP-based production, or cloud-enabled production workflows.
