What you will do

• Lead operations for the South Carolina Waste section, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support.
• Manage landfill design, permitting, construction quality assurance, waste planning, and project production.
• Serve as Project Manager while overseeing section operations and client deliverables.
• Coordinate technical services across sections and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead marketing planning, proposals, interviews, and client engagement.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate work through proactive project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Professional registration, license, or certification may be required based on the role.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
