Enterprise Risk Liaison II (Fintech)

What you will do

• Advise assigned lines of business on risk management practices, internal controls, and risk-related initiatives.
• Maintain Enterprise Risk Management documentation, including process, risk, and control inventories.
• Coordinate risk and control assessments, including RCSAs, and validate risk identification and control effectiveness.
• Identify, assess, manage, and report risk events while monitoring remediation and corrective actions.
• Maintain and enhance key risk indicators and key performance indicators in alignment with the ERM framework.
• Advise business partners on risk and control considerations related to operational, process, and organizational changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Practical knowledge of risk reporting and key risk indicators.
• Strong project management, analytical thinking, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of experience with operational risk management frameworks.
• Knowledge of GRC software solutions.
