Enterprise Risk Associate (Financial Services)

Location: Omaha Office, United States

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 per year, plus eligible discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 5% each.

What you will do

• Establish, monitor, and automate key risk and performance indicators, including tolerance-breach tracking and action plans.
• Work with Risk and business units to identify and track operational risks, enterprise risks, controls, issues, and remediation plans.
• Maintain accurate risk, control, KRI, issue, and loss-event data for enterprise reporting.
• Prepare risk analysis, regular management reporting, and board committee materials.
• Enhance enterprise risk management governance processes and engage with business unit leadership.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in financial services or the brokerage industry.
• 2–5 years of risk management experience within financial services or brokerage.
• College degree, preferably in accounting, economics, or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Risk management designations.
• FINRA licenses 7, 63, and 24 are preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of credit, criminal background, drug, and U.S. employment eligibility checks is required.
