Audit Senior Manager - Healthcare

What you will do

• Lead multiple audit and advisory engagements for healthcare organizations, strategic buyers, private equity firms, and investment groups.
• Supervise audit processes, review work, research technical accounting topics, and recommend improvements to policies and procedures.
• Provide financial and business advisory guidance on complex healthcare issues and regulatory risks.
• Develop, motivate, supervise, and review audit team members while creating a collaborative team environment.
• Manage client relationships, engagement economics, resources, proposals, and business development initiatives.
• Build trust through communication with teams, clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined public accounting and healthcare experience.
• Experience auditing healthcare and related organizations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and complex healthcare economic and regulatory risks.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading audit teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• CPA certification required.
