What you will do

• Drive healthcare audit service offerings throughout the Los Angeles market.
• Oversee client solution delivery and collaborate on introducing additional service offerings.
• Build, develop, and manage a book of business through existing industry relationships and new business development.
• Develop business plans and execute regional and national growth strategies.
• Lead and develop audit personnel while collaborating across regions and Audit teams.
• Provide technical assurance involvement and mentor teams to achieve client and business goals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Significant audit experience with healthcare providers, insurers, services organizations, and related product companies.
• Technical proficiency in financial statement audits involving mergers and acquisitions, complex equity structures, and complex debt structures.
• Experience as an audit leader with a proven record of building, developing, and sustaining client and people relationships.
• Excellent client service and organizational management skills.

Nice to have

• Big Four or similar national or regional leadership experience.
