Associate Producer - Local Media Game Production

Location: Secaucus, USA; eligible employees may work remotely one day per week

The hirify.global is a global sports and media organization producing professional basketball leagues, live games, digital media, and related programming.

What you will do

• Produce, curate, package, and distribute video and audio content for live hirify.global broadcasts and related programming.
• Manage delivery and availability of content, graphics, music, and other production assets for game production teams.
• Perform quality control on video, audio, graphics, sponsored elements, and other broadcast materials.
• Coordinate music requests, clearances, cue sheets, third-party reporting, music budgets, and cloud-based music resources.
• Collaborate with content, Graphics, Advertising Sales, Traffic, and external production partners to meet production schedules.
• Support supervisors, producers, and onsite ATL Producer/Director teams during pre-production and live game execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Broadcast Journalism, Television Production, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience is considered.
• Experience managing digital media assets, broadcast content, or production materials in a live production environment.
• Experience supporting content management and production operations in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe editing tools and advanced content editing skills.
• Knowledge of hirify.global teams, players, league storylines, historical context, and digital and social media trends.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the hirify.global schedule and live production needs.

• Experience supporting live sports or broadcast production.
• Diverse knowledge of music genres and broadcast music workflows.
