Domestic Transportation Agent (Logistics)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States. Full-time onsite schedule, Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Salary: USD 24–26 per hour

What you will do

• Manage smooth and timely domestic freight process flow.
• Enter operational data accurately and maintain shipment files.
• Track and trace domestic shipments and prepare reports.
• Coordinate customer shipments, delivery updates, and service requirements.
• Process client and vendor billing accurately and on time.
• Maintain relationships with shippers and consignees while meeting compliance and KPI standards.

Requirements

• Two to four years of related experience or training preferred, but not required.
• Basic understanding of freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of airport codes and service levels for the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
• Clear communication, listening, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
