Manufacturing Technician - All Shifts (CNC)

Location: Solon, Ohio, United States; onsite, all shifts

What you will do

• Generate solutions for machining quality issues and improve tool life and cycle times in existing CNC programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues with Maintenance personnel.
• Perform mechanical realignments of CNC equipment and work holding independently.
• Create manufacturing documentation and work instructions for new and existing CNC equipment.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering with process, equipment, and tooling improvements.
• Assist with large machinery relocation and installation, preventative maintenance, repairs, and communication with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school preferred.
• 3–5 years of direct CNC machining setup experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent print reading skills, including GD&T; 3D modeling and CAD proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings, schematics, maintenance work orders, and manufacturers’ manuals.
