Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Mentor, Ohio, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Complete preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment used in production and warehousing.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automation-related equipment issues.
• Fabricate parts, adjust functional components and control instruments, and support new equipment installation.
• Coordinate with departments to control downtime and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Document maintenance actions, irregularities, inventory needs, and continuing requirements in EAM.
• Train employees and new hires, participate in safety meetings, and support continuous improvement, 5S, and STW activities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of continuous employment.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Blueprint-reading skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Mentor, Ohio, on the 2nd shift.
