Sr. Director, RGM – Category Strategy

Location: Nationwide in the United States

Salary: $181,600–$254,200 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Revenue Growth Management strategy for assigned brands and categories.
• Develop pricing, pack-price architecture, portfolio strategy, and promotional guardrails.
• Connect category strategy with annual operating plans, financial targets, and commercial execution.
• Drive short-term revenue, mix, and margin delivery while developing long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Planning on consumer, channel, and value-creation opportunities.
• Build RGM capabilities and lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10–12+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Revenue Growth Management, pricing, and category strategy.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L experience.
• Experience delivering category revenue, mix, and margin targets.
• Experience implementing pricing, pack-price architecture, and promotional frameworks.
