What you will do

• Test standard production parts four times per hour for accuracy and specification deviations.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain testing equipment and quality-control stations.
• Coordinate testing requirements and production schedules with team leaders and operators.
• Complete first-piece and defect-occurrence documentation, shift summaries, pallet inspections, and shift handoffs.
• Use print specifications and QC Monster to make quality decisions and flag production issues.
• Support quality R&D projects, production-run profiles, and process-engineering work.

Requirements

• Computer proficiency in Windows, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to use micrometers and calipers.
• Professional communication and ability to address concerns.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous quality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
