What you will do

• Shape and execute paid social strategies aligned with client objectives, including budget allocation, media planning, reporting, and forecasting.
• Set up, traffic, and manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn.
• Develop testing frameworks and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, analysts, technologists, clients, and platform partners to optimize campaign performance.
• Use Alli to streamline workflows, analyze performance data, and contribute to technology enhancements.
• Own project timelines and deliverables while ensuring campaigns meet strategic goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid social strategy or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate expertise in paid social and content marketing.
• Knowledge of marketing metrics, planning, and analysis.
• Proficiency with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn campaign platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and SQL, along with strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
