Senior Associate, Growth Marketing

Location: New York, NY; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Base salary: $90,800–$113,500 per year

What you will do

• Define, manage, and scale customer acquisition strategies, primarily across Meta and Google.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to meet sales and ROI targets.
• Set monthly and annual profitable growth goals for new customer acquisition.
• Track and report campaign performance, identifying wins and learnings for future activity.
• Identify and test opportunities across new digital marketing channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Lifecycle & Engagement, Brand Marketing, Analytics, creative teams, vendors, and agency partners across Harry’s and hirify.global.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on growth marketing experience executing and optimizing data-driven advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical approach with the ability to identify opportunities, investigate performance deeply, and take action.
• Experience with complex omnichannel attribution models.
• Motivation to learn, test new approaches, and take calculated risks.
• Ability to work in the New York office Tuesday through Thursday.
