GPU Design Verification Engineer

What you will do

• Verify graphics logic components covering 3D graphics, media, and display functionality.
• Develop scalable and reusable verification plans, test benches, and verification-environment architecture.
• Execute verification plans and system simulation models to analyze power and timing and identify bugs.
• Replicate, debug, and root-cause pre-silicon issues, implementing corrective measures for failing tests.
• Collaborate with GPU architects, RTL developers, and physical design teams on functional, performance, and power goals.
• Document test plans, lead technical reviews, and improve verification infrastructure and methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM environments.
• Experience with computer architecture and ASIC design verification.
• Experience debugging simulation models.
• Ability to work on-site in Folsom, California, United States.

Nice to have

• GPU architecture knowledge.
• Experience coding and executing test and coverage plans.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design and verification and with ML tools.
• Memory architecture knowledge.
