Senior Manager, Operations Integration

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at the Bentonville Home Office

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technology and business integration initiatives for Walmart Marketplace.
• Direct project workstreams, timelines, resources, and delivery of operational initiatives.
• Analyze data and business trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve scalability.
• Collaborate across business functions to design and deploy operational solutions.
• Manage budgets, approve expenditures, monitor financial performance, and establish performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience in operations and project management, including leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
• Experience managing budgets, evaluating performance, and coaching or mentoring teams.

Nice to have

• Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects.
• Master's degree in Operations Management.
• Project Management Professional certification.
