Enterprise Risk Liaison III (Financial Risk)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary enterprise risk contact and trusted advisor for assigned lines of business.
• Manage and enhance Enterprise Risk Management documentation, including process, risk, and control inventories.
• Lead risk and control assessments, evaluate control effectiveness, identify emerging risks, and oversee issue escalation and resolution.
• Manage risk events, drive timely remediation, identify trends, and escalate material risks and control gaps.
• Develop and improve key risk indicators and key performance indicators with business stakeholders.
• Support new risk initiatives and provide credible challenge during business and regulatory change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial services, risk management, audit, compliance, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of operational and enterprise risk management frameworks, internal controls, and risk governance practices.
• Ability to independently manage complex risk initiatives and drive remediation across multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, including assessment of risk impacts and control effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
