Manager, Integration Engineering

Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid work environment; travel up to 20%

Salary: $103,000–$144,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and develop an engineering team focused on design, integration, and implementation.
• Ensure engineering outputs meet standards, integration requirements, and quality expectations.
• Drive scalable and repeatable solutions across new integrations and existing products.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Sales, and Service to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Own and improve engineering processes, change management, and design governance.
• Balance customer needs with internal standards while championing continuous improvement and technical discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of design engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical functions.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to apply engineering and integration standards.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to managing competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Marine industry experience.
• NMEA 2000 or ABYC certification.
