Operations Engineering Intern - Summer 2027

Location: On-site at hirify.global’s corporate headquarters in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with travel to bioprocessing facilities

What you will do

• Support operations oversight for hirify.global’s bioprocessing facilities.
• Analyze process data and develop operational reports.
• Recommend improvements to facility processes and help create implementation plans for continuous improvement projects.
• Support training, project analysis, meetings, and site visits at bioprocessing facilities.
• Promote safe behavior, environmental compliance, teamwork, and community engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Junior or senior status in an accredited Engineering program.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to understand the technical and daily operation of a bioprocessing facility.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new programs.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to bioprocessing facilities; up to 25% travel and occasional overnight trips may be required.
