Grad Intern - Operations Process Development (Summer 2027)

Location: Thousand Oaks, California, United States; full-time onsite role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program.

Salary: $35.34–$41.20 per hour

What you will do

• Complete a technical project with support from a hiring manager.
• Work in one of the areas of drug substance technologies, attribute sciences, manufacturing and clinical supply, drug product technologies, or combination product operations.
• Analyze and interpret scientific or business process data.
• Develop meaningful, business-influencing outcomes from project findings.
• Communicate the project process and results clearly to the team.
